Navsanjivan shikshan prasarak mandal Darwha (NSPM) was founded in the year 1987. Founder and Chairman of society is Shri Manikrao Thakare ex minister of state for Home , ex deputy speaker of Maharashtra legislative assembly. The society objective is to uplift the rural students in academic excellence particularly in the field of science and technology. The society runs 18 different institutions from pre-primary to post graduate level covering various faculties like arts ,science, social science, nursing science and pharmaceutical sciences.

The college of pharmacy was established in 1994 a pioneering pharmacy institution in Yavatmal district .The institute provides D.Pharm course Around 1200 students from all over corners of India had completed diploma course from institute. A beautiful campus of institute is sprouted in an area of 4 acres. well equipped laboratories, rich library, qualified and experienced staff, and high academic standard have made the institute as one of the Premiere institutes in Maharashtra.
